The work does not stop when the grass does. Lots that have to be open in the morning, drives nobody gets out of until they are cleared, ground that has to be found again.

Landscaping
The shape of a property: what goes in, what comes out, and what the place looks like from the road when the truck pulls away.
Hardscapes
The built parts of a yard. The parts that stay exactly where they were put through every season that follows.
Mowing
Grass keeps its own calendar and it is not yours. Cut on a schedule, a place reads as minded; skipped for three weeks, it reads as empty.
Full service snow removal
Commercial lots and residential drives, through a Marion County winter. Snow is the other half of our year, not an afterthought at the end of it.
Tree work
Taking a tree down where there is no room to get it wrong, and putting it exactly where it has to land.
